I am Dvir Bar, and I’ve had celiac for 46 years. I’m the father of twins, one of whom has celiac, author of the bestseller "A Whole Gluten-Free World", as well as a consultant to food companies and facilitator of face-to-face and digital workshops.
For many years I have dreamed of hosting culinary tours for celiacs and am now fulfilling this dream while my family and I are in the midst of a once in a lifetime journey in one of our favorite cities.
